100 seeds of amaranthe tail of fox. Chénopodiacées ( 100cm / 120cm ), amaranthes will find their place in the massifs, the dry bouquets but also in the kitchen garden. In Peru, it is cultivated in food purposes and its name is kiwicha, We use the grain to make some flour and make pancakes and bread rolls, but also as a cereal for the breakfast.
